Happy Baby

I’m back from camp, so back to our regular posting schedule!

Someone’s extremely happy to go for a walk and get her picture taken.

Happy Birthday, Hunter!

Today is Hunter’s birthday, so I thought I’d post my favorite picture of him that I’ve taken.

On a side note, I’m off for camp starting today, but I’ll be back on Saturday, July 31st.  I might post a picture or two from camp while away, otherwise you’ll have to wait until next weekend for more posts.

Hunter the Pitcher

This past season, Hunter played for the Cardinals in Coach Pitch.  I got this picture while he was dusting off the pitching rubber, making him look like a real pitcher (in case you hadn’t figured it out, in Coach Pitch, the coach pitches).

My Island Sweetheart

Clarinda likes it when I take pictures with people in them.  I usually just like pictures of nature and such.  But, since I’m such a nice, loving husband, I took this picture of her for her, and it turned out pretty good.  That’s her posing with a flower from the jungles of Honduras.  Doesn’t that sound wild and exotic?

Weeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!

Savannah loves the “roller coaster” at Jeepers, as you can probably tell.  It just spins around, trying to crush the person on the outside (which, with the kids, is typically me).  Savannah is the only one who really likes to ride solo.  Pretty good picture considering how fast it was going at the time.

I see you!

Time for some more macro-mode.  This is Clarinda’s eye.  If you look closely, you can see the round circle of her contact lens in there.  I really like how you can see the reflection of my in-laws’ backyard in the corner of her eye.  Cool stuff.

Ella at the Cabin

Who could resist this face?

Puzzle #2

Since we enjoyed doing the puzzle for Mother’s Day so much, we decided to do the only other big puzzle we have.  It took a bit longer (all sky pieces look the same), but we finished it.  Not too shabby.

Pig Racing Champion

Savannah’s pig won in the Pig Race at the State Fair, so she got to do the piggy dance and got to keep this piggy nose.  As you can see, she was quite excited.

Introspective Charles

Keep on pondering, Charles.  You’ll figure it out eventually.
