While hiking in the Show Low area, I snapped this picture as the sun began to go down. You can see the sun setting through the storm clouds. I love the contrast of the black trees in the foreground.
Here I am, pondering the mysteries of the universe while on a cruise ship in the Caribbean, eating an ice cream cone. No, I’m not looking at the menu deciding what I’m going to eat next. Sheesh, give me a little credit.
This is probably my favorite picture of fire that I’ve been able to get so far. We put one more log on the campfire at my in-laws’ house last Halloween, and I was able to get this picture.
Who doesn’t love the circus? I snapped this one on the kids very first trip to the circus. And yes, this was their favorite part.

Today is Hunter’s birthday, so I thought I’d post my favorite picture of him that I’ve taken.
On a side note, I’m off for camp starting today, but I’ll be back on Saturday, July 31st. I might post a picture or two from camp while away, otherwise you’ll have to wait until next weekend for more posts.
Look, it’s more flowers from my mother-in-law’s garden. These are . . . purple flowers. I’m sure they have a real name (if you know it, go ahead and post it in the comments below), but since I’m male, I have no idea what that name might be, but that’s okay. You can enjoy them anyway.
