Here I am, pondering the mysteries of the universe while on a cruise ship in the Caribbean, eating an ice cream cone. No, I’m not looking at the menu deciding what I’m going to eat next. Sheesh, give me a little credit.
Behold, the Great Stirrup Cay International Airport. This small helipad was on the private island in the Bahamas owned by Norwegian Cruise Lines. We thought it was hilarious, so we took a picture.
Since we enjoyed doing the puzzle for Mother’s Day so much, we decided to do the only other big puzzle we have. It took a bit longer (all sky pieces look the same), but we finished it. Not too shabby.
We crossed this bridge when we got to it . . . in Honduras. I just love the jungle scenery all around it. Our guide told us the water there was roughly 70 feet deep. I swear I saw this in an “Indiana Jones” movie once.
We snapped these pictures in Newport while walking the pier and during our time playing in the ocean. Now I’ve got the yearning to go back after looking at these pictures again. Maybe next year.
